为了防熊，我把一部分的tambun卖了，而且它的dividend yield 下降了（股票价格上升），三点多巴仙，不是很吸引了，所以卖了4000 share,拿回本钱。我也把最近表现不好的twreit 也卖了，然后买一些觉得不错的股票。
